PROPERTIES RENTALS - over 2 months |
General Information regarding utilities, taxes, rent, and cleaning costs:
- Utilities are separate charges from the price of the rental (unless specified differently) and are considerably more expensive than in the U.S. Typical rates for monthly utilities are 30 Euros for the rental plus an additional 40-60 Euros per person(average year round )
- Rent can be prorated on weekly basis only (for example, 3 months + 12 days = 3.5 months).
- 10% service charge are applied for rentals over two months, and a 15% service charge is applied for rentals under 2 months (VAT tax is not included in this price )
- Italian rental contracts over 30 days must be registered at the local tax office and costs are divided between landlord and renter.
- Final cleaning costs depend on the size of the rental (with a minimum charge of 50 Euros).

- If you are renting an apartment for longer than 6 months we may be able to give you a lower price depending on the property and/or a reduction on agency fees
