We are expanding our rentals to other regions of Italy such as Rome, Sardinia, Amalfi coast, and Venice. We offer students accommodations and lodging , holiday homes, vacation rentals, apartments and flat rentals for people relocating to Italy.
Our company not only handles your rental process, but we help you in the management of your property as well. We will assist you during your entire stay with information, contact numbers and moral support if you have any problems that need resolving. As after 36 years in Italy we have been through most of the situations that can present themselves when living abroad

General information regarding our rental properties:
- Apartments come fully furnished (including standard bedding ,linens and kitchen amenities). TV’s and washers, air conditioning, dishwashers, microwaves, may or may not be included. dryers are not typical in most Italian rentals.
- Each apartment has certified electric and gas systems.
- Animals are not allowed in most properties
- All of our rentals are legally approved contracts.
- Internet is available in some apartments . Internet keys or pens are the cheapest and simplest system and have the advantage of being usable when you travel.
- Please indicate the exact dates you require for the rental and number of people in your party (including your first and second choices) email so that we can reserve your requested dates. |
